I can't believe...

I spent an entire day farting around with this stuff. I should have known. It was clearly shaping to be one of those fun, pointless timesuckers that eat whole days.

Am I even going to submit one of these? Well, I dunno... that means reading the guidelines and all that. *headdesk*

I wish I had noted that font. It's fun. I'll probably never find it again, but maybe the layer will tell me.

I blew it by doing that reflected light on his face. I rectified, though: I maxed out the blacks and ordered a tee shirt from cafepress.

The political situation in this country woud make anyone mad, so don't mind me.

Ha! Man that place is wonderful.

My pal converted the Obama pics to Illustrator files for me (this crappo computer doesn't like Illustrator either, I guess) so I'll submit the Yes We Can one. I drew Heroic Obama first, but I could pratically hear the angelic choirs and I though OMG Y so srs? He has a megawatt smile, use it! Happy! Hopey! Yay!

And then I used turquoise on it so it would match my earrings if I won and got a free shirt. :D
