bullets taste like pennies

I bit the bullet and posted the conclusion to Code of the Watchers to BA Gutter. Jesus, I hate it. I've been waiting 6 months for the time to do better by that story. But time never comes, and better people than I tell me I owe conclusion. So I posted.
