I love the exec producer in this show! He is a paragon, a saint, a giant among men. They told me he was nice -- and he is nice.
I've been having massive Rookie Nerves, and the background redraw thing sent me into a controlled panic. And I thought I'd overstepped my bounds with reverse angles. And maybe I did a dreaded jump cut without knowing, maybe I was off model, etc.
No! Joy. In fact, I don't have to redraw anything. He likes the business and the acting enough to make it work as is. I even got a compliment. Be still, my heart.
I've been lucky with exec ps. The one I worked for at S was widely acknowledged as the nicest guy in the business. People would say: He's too nice, the job will eat him alive. But he's still doing his thing, year after year, exec p-ing and making life livable for his toiling minions. How I cherish nice guys.
What goes forward in the south? Tesla, are you working today? The news footage is astounding. They showed a shoreside road that had buckled under the pounding of huge waves. And the rain apparently won't let up.
Rumble, rumble. Why must we stop and eat every few hours? It's a blessed relief at a soul-killing day job, but when I'm at home on deadline I resent, nay, seethe, at having to take the time to make stuff and eat. Oh, for an astronaut nutrition capsule. Still it must be done.
Rats, I'm out of Velveeta Shells.
