Had another bit-sized, puppy-faced bat in here tonight, and the most avuncular Animal Rescue dude in the world came to fetch him. He had a shock of white hair, and a net, and a cheerful manner. We had some fun getting the bat out of the net, and I learned that when it's this early in the year, bats go to the bat house at the zoo, where they are fed bat-friendly foods/wallow in luxury until the weather's warmer.

Earlier tonight a faceless stranger got lost and wandered around in the foyer for a while. I didn't open the door.
