Wah. Norrington! Why must our love be thwarted so?

So after much fruitless searching at Borders, I finally find a short character blurb about Norrington, and a couple of quotes from poor Jack Davenport. He's talking about the *gasp* Norrington action figure, and lamenting that some child is going to receive a kid's meal at KFC and be all traumatized by getting not Captain Jack, but Commodore Bloody Norrington.

Nay, Jack Davenport, nay! cried my loyal heart. *I* want your action figure if no one else on earth does! And thus began my vain quest through broiling heat and frigid toy stores for the elusive figurine.

I'm not into action figures -- I've never bought one in my life. But Scruffyton needs me, you see. This Norrington fixation is completely out of control.

Having rolled craps at the local fun emporiums, I sought online. And now I find it's a thing, an actual thing: the action figure exists but cannot be ordered.
