Drive-Thru Murder Racially Motivated
Speculation about a deadly shooting in Omaha has come to an end. Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine now says the death of Brittany Williams was racially motivated.
Kleine says, "That evidence comes from the incident itself and surrounding circumstances of that incident and also from the words of the defendant."
19-year-old Kyle Bormann is charged with first degree murder and a weapons violation. Kleine is adding an aggravating circumstances charge, because race was a motivating factor in the murder.
"We will honor Brittany William's life and the life of other victims of violent crime by seeking justice and doing everything within our power to prevent these acts of violence that are born from these unimaginable and disturbing thoughts."
Kleine says Williams was still a random target. She was shot on January 20th while waiting in the drive-thru of the KFC and Long John Silvers at 30th & Craig.
Investigators say Bormann shot from his car, which was 100 yards away.
He is being held without bond pending trial. A date has not yet been set.

So it's like this: Kyle Bormann got hisself pissed off about some damn thing and staked out a fastfood place. He waited 100 yards away, cradling a perfectly legal long range rifle. He waited as several cars passed through. And when a black girl stopped at the window he blew her head off. Because she was black, and a girl. According to him.
The young woman was a UNO student on full scholarship picking up food for her dad.
I'm so fucking depressed. Everything is so shameful and shitty.
