Saw Iron Man again today, and the timing worked out that I was able to bring the young son of my friends, and he dug it loads, so that was fun.

Then I went to a party and didn't kill anyone playing darts, which: always a plus with aim like mine.

Then I got home and found a rec for an Iron Man fic on cyberducks' lj, and it was GREAT:

Thanks, I've bookmarked the rec! Also, I had a great time at the movies, so thanks for encouraging me to go. The only part I didn't like was the trailers for the "comedies," which made me want to throw things at the screen. I had to watch "Topper" again to get the bad taste out of my mouth.

But "Iron Man" was just fun, and it was great to see Downey looking like he's pulled it together. May this become a franchise, even if it only means he stays on the wagon.
