Of course everybody knows about them already, but have to gush about two stories that have me quite addicted:
Nan Dibble's WIP Blood Rites, an uncompromising exploration of Good Spike as a Master Vamp (for all the best reasons, of course). A huge canvas that encompasses vamp culture, the nature of sacrifice, The Powers that Be, eyestrain, magic -- and Mike, Mike, Mike!

Also firmly hooked now on Herself's WIP (which seems to be/may be titled Where They Have to Take You In.) Much narrower focus, centering on the eternally snakebit domestic affairs of the Spuffy clan. Angst? Erotica? Emotional haymakers? Until you've read about Spike lugging his foolish son into the Hyperion's lobby in a duffel bag, and what comes after, you ain't read nuthin'.
