one more precious moment of stalling
I'm starting to look forward to the premiere of Lost. It looks good from promos, and I liked what Fury said about the concept in his interview.
Most of the shows I've loved were going for two years before I fell for them. They cancelled Firefly before I ever got to see it at all, but I fell in love by ep 9, War Stories. Hey, maybe I'm getting faster! Maybe I'll finally like a show from the premiere!
But love... falling in love is another matter. There's a long way between liking a show and loving it. With the Jossverse gone I feel like I'll never fall in TV wuv again.
I'll settle for good, at this point. Be good, Lost. Please be very, very good.

Of course, it's nothing like my wild, crazy, overwhelming passion for Buffy and Angel.
But hey. Really liking and being giddy about teh hot on a show? Not bad in the time of grief after canceling. *g*
